Welcome and guide visitors regarding the proper use of water slides and other attractions; Conduct safety item assessments before allowing visitors to use water slides—such as height/weight restrictions and other safety guidelines—and explain the reasons to visitors whenever the experience cannot be permitted; Inspect areas around pools and water slides to ensure they are clean and organized, providing a safe and pleasant environment; Notify the cleaning and maintenance team whenever anything falls below the park’s established standards; Assist visitors, answer questions, and provide information about park attractions and facilities; alert the lifeguard/first aid team immediately upon noticing any accident or incident during attraction use; Carry out operational checklists and follow operational instructions to guarantee visitor experience and safety during attraction use; Organize and clean the workplace and its equipment/materials; Perform additional duties beyond those specified for the position, in accordance with internal demands and/or instructions from the immediate supervisor. , High school diploma completed; APH (Pre-Hospital Care) course; Technical training in health-related fields is a plus; Customer service experience.
