**Job Responsibilities**
* Manage product inbound and outbound logistics;
* Control inventory and after-sales operations (e.g., exchange-related operational activities);
* Supervise team management;
* Support implementation of strategies to increase store inventory turnover;
* Ensure inventory control and related store processes;
* Assist customers regarding delivery procedures, product exchanges, and technical support;
* Receive, inspect, and dispatch products;
* Organize and assist in maintaining warehouse cleanliness and order;
* Support sales of Financial Services, telemarketing, cash handling, and other activities to achieve overall store targets.
* Receive and dispatch products from sellers (Magalu Partner);
* Pick, invoice, pack, and dispatch products;
* Foguetinho Project: Pick, invoice, and pack within 10 minutes;
