




Job Summary: A professional responsible for restocking the bar, cleaning utensils and surfaces, preparing garnishes, assisting in beverage preparation, and supporting operations during high-volume periods. Assisting in beverage preparation and during peak hours Continuously restock the bar with ice, bottles of alcoholic beverages, beers, juices, syrups, and garnishes (fruits, herbs). Wash glasses, shakers, and utensils; clean surfaces, countertops; and collect trash. Prepare garnishes (e.g., cutting fruits), stock refrigerators, and ensure all items are ready before and during service. Assist in preparing simple drinks and provide direct support in handling heavy items or during high-volume periods. Change beer kegs, empty trash bins, and organize bottles in the display area.
