Job Summary: Monitor and supervise construction execution to ensure adherence to planning, quality standards, and schedules, while proposing operational adjustments. Key Highlights: 1. Proposing operational adjustments and aligning activities Be responsible for monitoring the execution of construction services under your charge, collecting data and updating physical progress of activities; collaborate with supervisors, contractors’ representatives, and internal departments to ensure compliance with the defined plan, identify deviations, and assist in proposing operational adjustments whenever necessary. Be responsible for the quality, reliability, and performance of resources, services, and information generated by tasks under your responsibility; Participate in Interface Meetings with Planners and Project Managers to align activities, construction schedules, logistics, and other matters; Monitor execution of construction activities under your responsibility, ensuring compliance with established quality, safety, and schedule requirements; Collect field information regarding physical and productive progress, recording measurements and status of work fronts in appropriate documentation; Update and report schedule data daily or periodically based on actual construction progress to the responsible party(ies); Assist in reconciling planned schedules with actual site conditions; Support supervision in verifying measurements of services performed by contractors, whenever necessary. Identify delays, operational constraints, and interferences affecting construction progress, reporting them to the Planner and Engineering and Management teams. **Education**: Technical qualification in Building Construction, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. **Relevant experience**: Minimum 6 months of experience in team supervision or management. Minimum 2 years of experience in construction monitoring activities. **Knowledge**: Proficiency in construction planning software and project control tools. Willingness and availability for business travel is mandatory.
