Candidates must be driven, proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoy working with people. **Responsibilities:** Weighing, compounding, and filling of sterile medications; Autoclave operation; Setup and operation of filling equipment, semi-analytical and analytical balances, pH meters, and other production process equipment; Training newly hired technicians; Actively participating in sector improvements; Documenting production processes; And other duties inherent to the position.
