**What are the requirements?**
**Required:**
\- Completed Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields \- Advanced knowledge of transportation processes, freight contracts, and SLAs
* Advanced Excel
* Interpersonal Skills
* Fluent Communication
**Desirable:**
* Analytical ability
* Experience with TMS
* Continuous improvement tools
* Process optimization
* Power BI
**What are the responsibilities?**
* Execute operations and periodic analyses as defined by the client’s procedures, ensuring data accuracy across order management, scheduling, planning, pickup management, logistics support, delivery monitoring, reverse logistics, freight audit, performance, and extra cost management.
* Lead meetings with system vendor(s) and act as super-user for TMS when required.
* Prioritize tasks based on demand and agreements with the client, especially during month-end closing;
* Prepare internal and external performance reports and dashboards, and conduct daily, weekly, and monthly operational KPI closures for the client.
* Develop and implement preventive and corrective action plans whenever deviations in KPIs or process improvement opportunities are identified.
* Identify and implement initiatives that add value to the client through data analysis—whether by reducing costs or improving service levels—using continuous improvement tools.
* Prepare materials (PPTs, dashboards, and/or BIs) and participate in periodic meetings with clients (internal and external).
* Follow all processes, operational procedures, and HSE guidelines per the training matrix.
