Job Summary: The professional will provide on-site support to dairy producers, assessing farms, setting goals, implementing controls, and discussing results to optimize profitability and milk quality. Financial and zootechnical herd management and control * This position is open in the following regions of Brazil: **Cana Brava do Norte \- MT** **Ouro Preto do Oeste \- RO** **Goiatuba \- GO** **Rio Pomba \- MG** **Pontes e Lacerda \- MT** **Passo Fundo \- RS** **Goiânia \- GO** **Triângulo Mineiro** **Alto Paranaíba** **Campo Belo \- MG** **Realeza \- PR** **Santo Antônio da Platina \- PR** Job Description: Provide on-site support to dairy producers: * Understand farm conditions, assess producer profiles, and set goals to achieve objectives. * Conduct farm mapping; * Introduce record-keeping tools, demonstrating to producers the importance of maintaining accurate on-farm records. * Present, monitor, and discuss monthly financial performance, developing action plans to ensure ongoing profitability; * Reproductive herd management (pregnancy diagnosis, hormonal protocols, calving prediction, and dry-off scheduling). * Generate and discuss zootechnical indicators (e.g., IEP, service rate, pregnancy rate, conception rate, etc.). * Milk quality (ensure milk from farms meets standards for SCC, CMT, fat, and protein; when non-conformities occur, provide follow-up support to resolve them). * Forage planning (develop forage production plans and monitor all production stages to ensure all herd animals have access to adequate forage). * Herd nutrition (re-group animals monthly and adjust rations as needed; discuss dietary strategies to increase farm profitability—e.g., strategic purchasing, rehydrated cornmeal, group division, etc.). * Prepare visit reports covering all topics discussed on-farm and listing recommendations for implementation prior to the next visit. * Organize the monthly schedule; * Complete the Monthly Accountability Report;
