Approaches customers in a polite and courteous manner, prioritizing their well-being in the service environment. Interacts with customers, developing negotiation strategies to understand them and identify their needs. Seeks to offer products and services aligned with each customer's reality, providing as much information as possible to minimize discomfort related to the purchase. Uses digital platforms to collect the customer's history in telephony and to record information consistent with the agreed-upon request. Leads the negotiation closure, highlighting what the consumer has acquired to satisfy their initial need. Follows up and advises the customer after the sale to foster loyalty. Fully participates in training programs focused on the area to enhance knowledge and skills, delivering satisfactory performance results.
