




Job Summary: Professional responsible for planning, scheduling, and monitoring merchandise shipments; managing shipments and documentation; monitoring performance; and resolving incidents. Key Highlights: 1. Daily management of shipments and transportation documentation 2. Monitoring of logistics performance indicators 3. Incident resolution and maintenance of controls Main Responsibilities: * Plan, schedule, and monitor merchandise shipments according to orders and designated carriers; * Perform daily shipment management, ensuring correct loading, verification, and release of documents/files; * Issue, verify, and organize transportation documents (e.g., delivery notes, manifests, etc.); * Monitor carriers to ensure compliance with deadlines and operational procedures; * Monitor performance indicators (e.g., delivery time, transportation costs, shipment performance); * Address incidents such as delays, damages, and shipment discrepancies; * Maintain updated records in departmental systems and spreadsheets; * Support inventory counts, audits, and other logistics routines; * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and transportation legislation. Requirements: * Completed high school education (technical or higher education in Logistics, Administration, or related fields preferred); * Prior experience in transportation, dispatch, or logistics routines; * Knowledge of transportation documentation; * Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel); * Basic understanding of transportation and freight legislation (a plus).
