Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for receiving, verifying, storing, and packaging products, ensuring inventory organization and compliance with safety regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Detailed handling and verification of products and orders. 2. Inventory organization and control, including inventories. 3. Maintenance of a clean and safe workplace. \- Receive purchase orders entered into the system. \- Identify received products using barcode scanning of boxes and components. \- Conduct detailed item verification, checking conformity with the order (quantity, description, dimensions, and integrity). \- Clean products using a dry, clean cloth. (dust removal). \- Store products properly inside boxes, ensuring adequate protection and identification. \- Request, via system, the invoice and shipping label. \- Store packaged items on pallets according to company standards. (Pallets identified per marketplace). \- Support supplier verification and product storage when requested. \- Package orders using appropriate materials and correctly label packages with shipping information. \- Assist in inventory organization and cycle counting, as well as periodic inventories. \- Assist in supplier product verification and storage whenever requested. \- Maintain a clean, organized workplace compliant with safety regulations. \- Report discrepancies, damages, or incidents identified during processes to supervisors. \- Request work materials when identifying depletion.
