Together, we continue enhancing our culture and reinforcing our commitment to nourishing your life. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Verify milk intake; manage inventory control of milk, cream, whey, and cheese; update production data spreadsheet; * Manage ingredient inventory; adjust milk inventory and create milk return requests for inventory reconciliation; * Analyze sales forecasts; plan and develop production plans; * Assess raw material procurement needs to support production; * Issue purchase requests and monitor the process; create production orders via SAP; * Plan production shutdowns for potential maintenance activities; * Provide logistics support as needed (e.g., vehicle tracking, vehicle hiring); * Monthly closing. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education; * Preferred: Currently pursuing undergraduate studies in Administration, Engineering, or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Work location: Lavras \- MG; * Employment type: 100% on-site. **Additional Benefits** * Medical Assistance; * Dental Assistance; * Meal Allowance; * Life Insurance; * Transportation Allowance; * Welhub; * Product discounts; * Profit-Sharing Program (PPR); We believe our results stem from our dedication!
