




Job Summary: Responsible for preparing, loading, unloading, and handling goods, as well as controlling service quality and assisting in various operational tasks. Key Highlights: 1. Prepares and performs loading and unloading of goods, raw materials, and products; handles and secures goods and cargo on trucks, cars, and other transport vehicles; delivers and collects parcels; handles special cargo; repairs damaged packaging; and controls the quality of services provided. Operates loading and unloading equipment; performs cleaning and maintenance of vehicles, equipment, and tools used in the workplace; communicates by sending, receiving, and verifying messages, and notifies or requests information, authorizations, and instructions regarding transportation, loading, and unloading of goods. Secures and releases cargo. * Load, unload, and load materials, products, and equipment onto trucks; * Label goods and perform sorting/separation of items, warehouse organization, and material counting; * Verify weight, volume, and other necessary information for receiving and dispatching goods; * Assemble boxes, packaging, and protective materials for transportation; * Check invoices and CTEs (Transportation Service Bills) for items to be collected and delivered to customers; * Assist the driver in vehicle maintenance, organization, and cleaning; * Assist the driver in controlling, completing, and updating departmental forms and guides; * Position subject to receiving funds when collecting/receiving goods, requiring reconciliation of all credits received with the finance department during the workday or at the end of the shift; * Assist supervisors with other duties and tasks relevant to the position.
