Leadership and stakeholder support ### **Job Title** Senior Solutions Services Analyst ### **Job Description** **Senior Solutions Services Analyst \- Varginha \- MG** The Senior Solutions Services Analyst is responsible for strategic, tactical, and logistical planning, ensuring efficient resource allocation and timely delivery. This role involves coordination across internal teams and stakeholders, promoting customer service and ensuring uninterrupted operations. With a focus on continuous improvement, the analyst produces detailed management reports to support leadership decision-making and identify opportunities for process optimization, applying Lean practices and managing conflicts when necessary. **Your Role** * Tactical, strategic, and logistical planning; * Conflict management; * Customer service; * Creation of management reports; * Leadership and stakeholder support; * Continuous process improvement; **You Are the Right Person If You** * Hold a completed undergraduate degree; * Are fluent in Spanish for communication with the Latin America team (English is a plus); * Have advanced Excel skills; * Possess administrative experience; * Have desirable experience in automation (BOTs, Macros) and SAP knowledge. **How We Work Together** We believe we generate greater impact when we work together rather than separately. For our office-based team members (hybrid), this means working onsite at least three days per week to collaborate and build connections with our team and peer departments. Onsite positions require daily presence at company facilities.
