Apply today and begin your journey to success with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Serve customers at the counter for product pickup. * Pick products according to picking maps. * Load trucks with products verified and released by the shipping department. * Load customer orders into customers’ vehicles. * Assist in unloading trucks. * Inspect and record damages upon product returns. * Generate credits in the system related to returns. * Use systems to locate and verify merchandise. * Maintain a clean, organized, and easily accessible warehouse. * Report any operational process abnormalities to supervisors. * Communicate directly with the logistics team for alignment. * Perform paint tinting according to defined standards. * Participate in product inventory and stock control activities. * Implement and maintain the 5S methodology in the department. * Submit service requests for equipment maintenance (IT) and store infrastructure (Facilities). * Support preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery. * Support cleaning and upkeep of operational areas. * Control and update stock records in the system. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education (mandatory). * Prior experience in logistics support roles or retail environments (desirable). * Basic knowledge of logistics and product organization; labeling skills; ability to display merchandise in the showroom; basic computer literacy; * Driver’s license category A/B **Additional Information** Some benefits of joining our team: * Health and dental insurance: available from day one; * Meal allowance card; * Life insurance: fully covered by us; * Free online medical and mental health consultations; * Annual bonus (starting after two full years with the company); * Scholarship program for your professional development.
