Apply today and begin your journey to success with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform daily cash opening and closing. * Process various receipts and payments. * Pay commissions to professionals. * Enter purchase invoices into the system. * Purchase and manage general store supplies. * Send and receive internal communication documents via internal mail. * Serve customers in person and via WhatsApp. * Process product returns in the system. * Handle exchanges and issue credits to customers. * Assist in merchandise sorting. * Open operational support tickets as needed. * Organize invoice stubs for submission to headquarters. * Assist in product labeling. * Inspect damaged items and request new samples. * Support trade marketing initiatives. * Display promotional campaigns in-store. * Manage merchandise transfers between branches and headquarters. * Close freight carrier delivery manifests. * Send delivery-related information to the Distribution Center (DC) for payment of third-party couriers. * Respond to customer inquiries and fulfill customer requests. * Participate in inventory counts. * Provide support to Management, Sales, and Logistics departments. * Maintain department organization and cleanliness. * Assist in organizing internal store activities. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education (a college degree in Administration or related fields is preferred); * Experience in administrative, financial, and customer service routines; * Strong communication skills, proactivity, and organizational ability; **Additional Information** Some benefits of joining our team: * Health and dental insurance: available from day one; * Meal allowance card; * Life insurance: fully covered by us; * Free online medical and mental health consultations; * Annual bonus (available after two full years with the company); * Tuition assistance program for your professional development.
