




Job Summary: This professional will negotiate and sell telecommunications products, top-up services, debit and credit solutions, and act as a banking correspondent by visiting clients and prospecting new business opportunities. Engaging in sales activities and commercial routines with a results-oriented focus RedeFlex is a company operating in the telecommunications sector, providing top-up machines, debit and credit solutions, and acting as a banking correspondent. **Responsibilities:** Negotiate and sell products through client visits to supply the market and achieve established targets; Collect payments as agreed upon and process bill payments; Assess the client's physical inventory on-site to determine turnover rate and propose sales; Create sales orders via smartphone for registration in the management system; Promote points of sale using merchandising materials to advertise products, offers, and promotions from service providers; Prospect new clients through visits aimed at product sales; Train clients on POS terminal operation and demonstrate its usage; Provide daily activity reports, inventory reconciliation, collections, expenses, and other related information. **Requirements:** Completed high school education; **Prior experience in the Acquiring Market is desirable**; Experience in: customer service, sales, and commercial routines; Proficiency in computer applications and software; Valid driver's license, personal vehicle, and willingness to travel; Proactive, communicative, and results-driven personality; **Benefits:** Commission-based compensation (NO CEILING); Guaranteed variable income for the first three months; Health insurance; Dental insurance; Meal allowance; Fuel assistance; Vehicle leasing allowance; Life insurance; Internal training programs. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday – Business hours (with a 1-hour lunch break). **Join RedeFlex!**
