Key responsibilities include ensuring safety in the factory environment, following the operator's instructions, and reporting product or equipment malfunctions. REQUIREMENTS: Operational Support: Assist the operator in running machines, following instructions and guidance. Machine Operation: Prepare and operate machines using necessary inputs and raw materials for the production process. Maintenance and Organization: Perform cleaning and basic maintenance tasks, such as lubrication, and keep the workplace clean and organized. Safety: Strictly comply with safety regulations and wear personal protective equipment (PPE). Quality Control: Identify and report any product or machine defects to the supervisor or quality control team. Production Monitoring: Observe the production process and report any irregularities.
