Job Summary: This professional will perform demolitions, first-level maintenance, prepare construction sites, carry out excavations and mixing of mortars, and perform various manual tasks in civil construction. Key Highlights: 1. Performs demolitions and first-level maintenance 2. Prepares construction sites and carries out excavations 3. Assists in civil construction building and renovation Demolish buildings; Perform first-level maintenance; Prepare construction sites; Mix mortars; Carry out excavations; Dig trenches for foundation concrete pouring; Remove hydraulic installations; Dig trenches for foundation concrete pouring; Cut construction materials; Excavate trenches; Remove reusable debris; Remove floors, ceramic tiles, and glazed tiles; Remove building roofs — slabs, roofing, and timber framing; Break concrete structures; Perform simple manual tasks in civil construction to assist in building and renovation; Load, unload, and transport materials manually or using wheelbarrows and/or hand tools such as shovels, hoes, pickaxes, etc.; Manually mix cement, sand, water, gravel, and other materials; Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition; Perform general cleaning tasks in buildings and other locations; Carry out all activities related to this position.
