Description

About the position The professional will be responsible for performing automotive services on customers' vehicles, ensuring correct parts application and execution of technical services in accordance with the company's established procedures and quality and safety standards. They will also analyze vehicle maintenance needs, provide technical guidance, and support customer service during the service delivery process. **Main responsibilities** Perform vehicle safety inspections through automotive check-up; Identify and diagnose repair needs, advising on required services and parts; Perform tire mounting and dismounting; Carry out automotive services such as wheel alignment and balancing; Replace and install automotive parts, including shock absorbers and brake pads; Assist in customer service and sales processes related to vehicle needs; Provide technical handover to the customer, explaining performed services; Properly store tires and parts; Address occasional complaints regarding products or services rendered, reporting to store management when necessary; Use personal protective equipment (PPE) correctly; Ensure workplace organization, cleanliness, and preventive maintenance of environment and equipment; Comply with the company's internal procedures and standards. **Requirements** **Valid driver's license category B required;** Completion of elementary education preferred; Minimum 1 year of experience in automotive services preferred; Technical or vocational training in mechanical or automotive fields preferred; Commitment to safety, quality, and customer service; Organization and responsibility in task execution. **Address: Av.
