**Substitute Pharmacist**
The Substitute Pharmacist is the professional responsible for temporarily assuming the duties of the titular pharmacist, ensuring compliance with sanitary, technical, and legal regulations related to pharmaceutical activities. They perform responsible medication dispensation, provide patient counseling, and supervise internal pharmacy processes, safeguarding the quality, safety, and efficacy of offered products.
Key responsibilities include: verifying and approving medical prescriptions; advising customers and patients on correct medication use; managing inventory; checking expiration dates; tracking orders; recording controlled medications in accordance with current legislation; and supervising pharmacy attendants and assistants.
They are also responsible for ensuring adherence to Good Storage and Dispensing Practices; maintaining environmental organization; participating in audits and inspections; and reporting any irregularities to the legally designated responsible parties. When required, they participate in team training, implement process improvements, and contribute to optimizing customer service.
A Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, active registration with the Regional Council of Pharmacy (CRF), and knowledge of current sanitary legislation are mandatory. Desirable competencies include responsibility, professional ethics, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proactivity.
Compensation: R$5\.104,00 \- R$5\.500,00 per month
