Teamwork and flexible working hours ### **About the Position:** Assist the butcher in serving customers at the butcher counter, working as a meat cutter and grinder, monitoring product expiration dates and quantities, checking equipment temperatures, organizing products in cold rooms, and arranging displays on counters, islands, and refrigerators. ### **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed elementary education; * Must be over 18 years old. ### **Desirable Requirements:** * Prior experience as a butcher counter assistant or in related areas; * Knowledge of meat cuts and butcher products; * Customer service skills; * Ability to work in a team; * Flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays; * Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety. ### **Responsibilities:** * Serve and assist customers at the butcher counter; * Provide product information and assist customers in selecting meats; * Cut, weigh, and package meats according to customer specifications; * Keep the counter and work area clean and organized; * Check product expiration dates and quality, discarding items unsuitable for sale; * Restock and price products on counters and shelves; * Manage inventory and request restocking when necessary; * Operate meat cutting and preparation equipment; * Follow food hygiene and safety regulations to ensure product quality; * Perform daily cash closing and record sales; * Collaborate with the team and assist in other supermarket departments when needed. ### **Benefits:** * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Attendance bonus or food basket; * Performance-based bonuses; * Discounts with distance-learning institutions, pharmacies, and other partners; * Shopping discounts; * Transportation allowance; * On-site meals. ### **Work Schedule and Hours:** * Rotating shift schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off
