




Job Summary: The HR Analyst - Expansion will be instrumental in the company's growth, responsible for opening new units and consolidating HR culture and processes in new markets. Discrimination in any form is strictly prohibited in our environment.** #### **About the Role:** * The HR Analyst - Expansion will be a key player in our company's growth, directly involved in projects related to opening new units and consolidating our HR culture and processes in new markets. You will be responsible for ensuring that HR strategies align with expansion objectives—from talent attraction and selection to team integration and development in new operations. #### **Key Responsibilities:** * Identify, plan, and execute recruitment and selection processes to fill positions in new stores and business units, ensuring top talent acquisition. * Develop and implement tailored onboarding and integration plans for teams in new units, ensuring new employees understand the company’s culture and values. * Support management in implementing HR policies and procedures in new locations, ensuring compliance with labor legislation and internal guidelines. * Serve as the HR focal point for new units, providing support and guidance on people management matters. * Collaborate with Training and Development teams to identify needs and propose initiatives supporting the growth and upskilling of expanding teams. * Analyze HR metrics related to expansion (e.g., turnover, absenteeism, time-to-fill) and propose continuous improvement action plans. * Participate in building and disseminating organizational culture across new units, fostering a positive and productive work environment. #### **Mandatory Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Psychology, HR Management, Business Administration, or related fields. * Prior experience in Human Resources, with focus on Recruitment and Selection and/or expansion/unit-opening projects. * Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with challenging deadlines and high workload. * Excellent interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills at all levels. * Valid driver’s license. * Willingness to travel. #### **Benefits:** * Life insurance; * Transportation allowance; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * On-site meals; * Performance-based bonuses; * Trainee program; * Partnerships with affiliated companies; * Product discounts.
