Job Summary: A security professional to ensure the safety of customers, store tenants, and staff by conducting patrols and controlling access. Key Highlights: 1. Shopping center seeks a Security professional in Lavras. **Responsibilities:** Conduct systematic preventive patrols throughout all areas of the shopping center. Ensure the safety and integrity of customers, store tenants, and staff within the premises. Provide the public with guidance on internal regulations, procedures, and service locations. Control access flow and the movement of people and goods in authorized areas. Monitor internal and external areas, as well as the parking lot. Provide immediate support and act professionally during emergency situations. Monitor compliance with the shopping center’s standard operating procedures. Actively contribute to maintaining order and smooth operations within the mall environment. Maintain constant radio communication with the monitoring team when necessary. Previous experience as a Security Guard, Security Agent, Security Supervisor, or Security Coordinator may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
