We are looking for a proactive Sales Consultant to join our team at Entrefarma in Tiradentes.** **Main Responsibilities:** * Recommend and Guide: Present and guide customers on perfumery products clearly and effectively, always focused on results. * Consultative Sales: Conduct personalized sales and suggest complementary products, maximizing sales opportunities. * Customer Attraction and Retention: Proactively prospect new customers and retain existing ones through direct and efficient engagement. * Preparation for Special Events: Assist in organizing and preparing the store for special occasions such as Black Friday, Christmas, and Mother's Day. **Compensation:** * Salary + commission * Additional benefits, including health insurance and medical plan.
