Join us in the history of Latin America’s largest steel complex — a group whose essence is “do well, do more, and do forever.” **Responsibilities and Duties** Main responsibilities: * Lead GaussFleet solution implementation projects for new clients; * Manage strategic pilots, ensuring alignment among commercial expectations, technical feasibility, and operational delivery; * Support structuring and monitoring of new businesses and operations in early stages; * Coordinate project schedules, deliverables, risks, stakeholders, and KPIs; * Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, internal teams, and partners throughout the implementation and validation lifecycle; * Collaborate closely with Commercial, Product, Technology, Operations, and Customer Success teams; * Ensure a consultative and high-value-added experience for clients; * Identify opportunities for expansion, improvements, and scalability within implemented projects; * Map client processes, operational needs, and technical requirements; * Support development of playbooks, methodologies, and processes for implementation and expansion; * Produce executive reports and monitor implementation, adoption, and pilot success KPIs; * Resolve critical issues and manage change during projects. **Requirements and Qualifications** Essential requirements for this role: * Solid experience managing system, operations, or technology implementation projects; * Experience with pilot projects, proof of concept (POC), rollout, or new business initiatives; * Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills; * Consultative, analytical, and results-oriented profile; * Excellent verbal and written communication skills; * Experience in dynamic, fast-growing environments requiring high adaptability; * Knowledge of both agile and traditional project management methodologies; * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, Technology, or related fields; * Willingness to travel. *Desirable qualifications:* * Experience in SaaS, mobility, logistics, telematics, or fleet management companies; * Experience implementing IoT solutions or integrated systems; * Knowledge of system integrations and APIs; * PMP, Scrum, or Agile certifications; * Intermediate or advanced English proficiency; * Experience in B2B operations and strategic account expansion. **Additional Information** ***Current benefits, subject to rules and specifications defined in Collective Bargaining Agreements, Collective Conventions, PPR Agreements, and/or HR Policies/Guidelines, which may be subject to change.*** Founded in April 1941, **Companhia Siderúrgica Nacional \-** **CSN** was Brazil’s first fully integrated flat steel producer — a landmark in the country’s industrialization process.
