That’s how we create a place where you feel valued and motivated to grow alongside us, living a journey of achievements that goes beyond results. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Maintain daily cleanliness and organization of the store. * Sweep and mop the store floor, warehouse, and external sidewalk. * Clean display cases, shop windows, doors, tables, counters, and all glass surfaces in the store. * Collect trash and clean restrooms and the kitchen. * Prepare coffee in the morning and afternoon. * Check and replenish cups, paper towels, and other commonly used items. * Clean grates, inspect water outlets, and prevent clogs. * Address occasional cleaning or organization requests as needed by the department. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed elementary education. * Experience in environmental cleaning and maintenance, space organization, replenishment of hygiene supplies, coffee preparation, and basic store support. * Agility, attention to detail, responsibility, organization, proactivity, commitment, discretion, and physical stamina for continuous tasks. **Additional Information** Some benefits of joining our team: * Health and dental insurance: available from the first day of employment; * On-site cafeteria; * Life insurance: fully covered by us; * Free online medical and mental health consultations; * Annual Bonus (starting after two full years of employment); * Scholarship Program for your professional development.
