More than developing trustworthy products, we build an environment where every employee has the opportunity to achieve their best, contributing to our shared success journey. **We are hiring:** LOGISTICS OPERATIONS ASSISTANT II \- ROUTE PLANNING **Responsibilities:** Schedule customers with delivery specifications using internal systems and dedicated portals, ensuring proper route and time planning; Schedule palletized customers with fixed schedules via portal, following palletization guidelines and respecting established fixed schedules; Verify order breakdowns and perform order splitting via system as needed for operational requirements, optimizing loading; Verify and release loads after documentation and integrity checks, ensuring compliance with company standards; Develop sequencing for daily generated loads, organizing loading order for greater operational efficiency; Generate Load Orders (LO) for load assembly, formalizing the process and ensuring traceability; Assemble loads via system, prioritizing routes that minimize mileage and maximize cost savings; Complete and submit full orders to the Distribution Center (DC), along with label-related information and palletization instructions, ensuring correct load preparation; Prepare detailed briefings for each operation, ensuring information alignment across teams; Validate stock availability for the order portfolio, identifying and reporting potential stockouts for rapid decision-making; Respond to calls and e\-mails and take appropriate actions, resolving customer, carrier, and internal team inquiries and requests. **Requirements:** Completed high school education; Higher education in Logistics or related fields (preferred, currently in progress); Prior experience in logistics, specifically in route planning; Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Availability to work Monday through Thursday from 12:40 PM to 10:35 PM and Friday from 1:40 PM to 10:35 PM\. **?
