Job Summary: SEST SENAT is opening a selection process for Psychologist(s), aiming to provide psychotherapeutic services for diagnosing and assessing emotional and mental disorders, as well as participating in health-related activities. Focuses on diagnosis and assessment of emotional and mental disorders THE SOCIAL SERVICE FOR TRANSPORT (SEST) AND THE NATIONAL TRANSPORT TRAINING SERVICE (SENAT), registered with the Brazilian Federal Revenue under numbers 73\.471\.989/0001\-95 and 73\.471\.963/0001\-47, through the EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENT, hereby announce the opening of registrations for the Personnel Recruitment and Selection Process, as established in this Notice. **1\. PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:** 1\.1\. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT's needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages. 1\.2\. Approved candidates may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the classification order. 1\.3\. The selection process shall be governed by this Notice, its Annexes, and any subsequent updates/corrections; its execution shall be carried out by the Human Resources Management of the Executive Department of SEST SENAT. POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND OFFERED SALARIES 2\.. The Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** Psychologist **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term contract, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT). **BENEFITS:** Services offered at Operational Units, such as: dental, psychological, physiotherapeutic, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal and/or food vouchers for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. Additional services offered by Operational Units are extended to employees and their dependents. Life insurance. Health plan (with co-payment) \- Employee’s monthly fee covered by the company; dependent(s)’ monthly fee covered by the employee. 2\.1\. Work schedule and shift assignments will be communicated by the Operational Unit and/or Executive Department to the approved candidate upon notification; the candidate must inform availability for the assigned schedule. Candidates declining the position due to the work schedule will be disqualified from the selection process. **Workload:** 22 hours per week **Salary:** R$ 3522\.26 **Unit:** Avenida dos Alecrins, Distrito Industrial Tuany Toledo \| Pouso Alegre MG \- 37556839 **Job Summary:** Conducts psychotherapeutic services aimed at diagnosing and assessing patients’ emotional, mental, and social adaptation disorders; investigates unconscious behavioral factors to render them conscious, clarifies conflicts, and accompanies patients throughout treatment until discharge; also participates in the development and implementation of health initiatives and campaigns. **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (MANDATORY):** **NOTE:** PROOF OF THE BELOW REQUIREMENTS MAY BE REQUESTED AT ANY TIME. **DOCUMENTATION:** Active registration with the Regional Psychology Council (CRP). **PROOF:** Copy of the Professional Identity Card issued by the respective Regional Council. (At the time of admission, a “no records” certificate issued by the relevant authority will be required.) **EXPERIENCE:** Professional experience in clinical practice. **PROOF:** Evidence must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements, otherwise submitted documents will be rejected. Proof of professional experience must be demonstrated via: a) Employer’s declaration containing the issuer’s CNPJ number, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable), nature of service provided, and description of activities performed; b) Or copy of the Employment and Social Security Record (CTPS), or screenshot of the digital CTPS, including identification page and employer registration, clearly demonstrating relevance to the target position (only if the CTPS entry uses nomenclature corresponding to that required in the Selection Process); c) Or copy of service provision contract or autonomous payment receipt (RPA), specifying activities performed during service delivery, supplemented by item “b” above if the position title alone is insufficient to verify experience. **CURRICULUM CONTENT:** **PORTUGUESE LANGUAGE (Common to all positions):** Text comprehension and interpretation. Official orthography. New orthographic agreement. Graphic accentuation. Punctuation. Usage of word classes. Literal and contextual meaning of words. Syntax of concordance and government. Verbal and nominal concordance. **INFORMATICS (Common to all positions):** Internet and Microsoft Office Suite. **SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE:** **Psychotherapeutic theories and techniques. Psychological assessment:** fundamentals of psychological measurement. Assessment instruments: application, evaluation, and interpretation of results. Interview techniques. Developmental psychology: normal development. Developmental psychopathology. Health-illness process: chronic and acute diseases; biomedical model and biopsychosocial model of health. Basic health actions: promotion; prevention; rehabilitation; health barriers and behaviors; levels of health care. Basic intervention repertoire: functional level and psychosocial needs assessment of patients; stress theories and management; pain theories and management: coping styles. Group practices. Psychologist’s role at the health/work/education interface. Alcohol, tobacco, and other drugs: fields of practice and theoretical trends.
