Focus on professional development and the job market **Description** **We are seeking young talents to join us as Apprentices!** The Apprentice Youth will provide support in the administrative and operational routines of their assigned department, integrating on-the-job practical learning with theoretical training provided by **SENAI**, focusing on professional development and preparation for entering the job market. **Responsibilities and Duties** Support administrative activities in the department, such as document organization, spreadsheet completion, and archiving. Assist with internal communications (telephone, in-person, or via e\-mail) as directed by the team. Monitor and update operational controls under supervision. Actively participate in the theoretical and practical training sessions of the apprenticeship program. Comply with the company’s internal procedures regarding safety, ethical conduct, and operational standards. Develop simple projects and presentations according to the internal training schedule. Support department-specific routines (e.g., attendance tracking, document verification, etc.). Collaborate in organizing company internal events and initiatives. Perform other related tasks as instructed by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** Minimum age of 14 years and maximum age of 23 years. Completed or currently pursuing high school education. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
