The Apprentice will provide support in the administrative and operational routines of their assigned area, combining on-the-job practical learning with theoretical training provided by SENAI, focusing on professional development and preparation for entering the job market. Responsibilities and Duties * Support administrative activities in the area, such as document organization, spreadsheet completion, and archiving. * Assist with internal customer service (by phone, in person, or via e\-mail), following team instructions. * Monitor and update operational controls under supervision. * Actively participate in the theoretical and practical training sessions of the apprenticeship program. * Comply with the company's internal procedures regarding safety, ethical conduct, and operational standards. * Develop simple projects and presentations according to the internal training schedule. * Support area-specific routines (e.g., attendance tracking, document verification, among others). * Collaborate in organizing company internal events and initiatives. * Perform other related tasks as directed by the immediate supervisor. Requirements and Qualifications * Minimum age of 14 years and maximum age of 23 years. * High school diploma completed or currently pursuing. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. * Availability for learning and professional development. 2511030202241847815
