Job Summary: Responsible for team supervision, process monitoring, client onboarding, building maintenance, and equipment and space control. Key Highlights: 1. Team supervision 2. Material and storage space management * Be responsible for team supervision; * Monitor point closures and their handover; * Monitor orders for cleaning supplies and PPE; * Monitor onboarding of new clients; * Introduce new employees to the client, deliver supplies, and collect them; * Perform minor repairs; * Carry out basic repairs and maintenance related to plumbing, electrical systems, masonry, and cleaning of common areas; * Verify the operation of equipment and systems, such as elevators, water pumps, and security systems; * Conduct periodic patrols throughout the building premises to ensure safety and integrity of facilities; * Report any incidents or irregularities to the responsible person; * Control and organize spaces designated for equipment storage.
