Assistance in customer debt regularization **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch break **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Temporary * Provide customer service; * Deliver telephone support to customers; * Address customer needs; * Contribute to achieving results and meeting established targets; * Assist in preparing commercial proposals for products and services to customers; * Support maintaining updated customer records; * Direct and expedite customer service; * Assist customers with access and usage of electronic means; * Help customers regularize their debts; * Formalize approved renegotiation proposals. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting Sciences, or related fields; * CPA 10 certification; * Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook); * Knowledge of financial products and services; * Understanding of financial institutions; * Knowledge of sales techniques; * Strong verbal and written communication skills.
