(At the time of admission, a “no records” certificate issued by the Council will be required.) **EXPERIENCE:** PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE IN CLINICAL DENTAL CARE. **PROOF:** Evidence must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements, under penalty of document rejection.
