THE SOCIAL SERVICE OF TRANSPORT (SEST) AND THE NATIONAL TRANSPORT TRAINING SERVICE (SENAT), registered with the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service (CNPJ/MF) under numbers 73\.471\.989/0001\-95 and 73\.471\.963/0001\-47, through the EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENT, hereby announce the opening of registrations for the Recruitment and Selection Process, as established in this Notice.
**1\. PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:**
1\.1\. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT’s needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages.
1\.2\. Approved candidates may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the classification order.
1\.3\. The selection process shall be governed by this Notice, its Annexes, and any subsequent updates/corrections; its execution shall be the responsibility of the Human Resources Management of the Executive Department of SEST SENAT.
POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND SALARIES OFFERED
2\.. The Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below:
**POSITION:** General Dentist
**EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Fixed-term contract, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT).
2\.1\. Work schedule and shift assignments will be communicated by the Operational Unit and/or Executive Department to the approved candidate upon call; the candidate must indicate availability for the assigned schedule. Candidates who decline the vacancy due to the work schedule will be disqualified from the selection process.
**Workload:** 20 hours per week
**Salary:** R$ 6490\.52

**Job Summary:** Responsible for providing outpatient and emergency dental care and promoting awareness of oral health.
**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (MANDATORY):**
**NOTE:** PROOF OF THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS MAY BE REQUESTED AT ANY TIME.
**DOCUMENTATION:**
Active registration with the Regional Dental Council (CRO).
**PROOF:** Copy of the Professional Identity Card issued by the respective Regional Council. (At the time of admission, a “no records” certificate issued by the Council will be required.)
**EXPERIENCE:**
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE IN CLINICAL DENTAL CARE.
**PROOF:** Evidence must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements, under penalty of document rejection. Proof of the requested professional experience must be demonstrated by:
a) Employer’s declaration containing the issuer’s CNPJ, official stamp, and signature, specifying the start and end dates (if applicable), nature of services rendered, and description of duties performed;
b) Or copy of the Work and Social Security Booklet (CTPS) or screenshot of the digital CTPS, including identification details and employer registration, explicitly demonstrating relevance to the target position (only if the CTPS entry uses nomenclature correlated to that required in the Selection Process);
c) Or copy of the service provision contract or autonomous payment receipt (RPA), specifying the activities performed during service delivery, supplemented by item “b” above if the position title alone is insufficient to prove the required experience.
**SYLLABUS:**
**PORTUGUESE LANGUAGE (Common to all positions):**
Text comprehension and interpretation. Official orthography. New Orthographic Agreement. Graphic accentuation. Punctuation. Usage of word classes. Literal and contextual meaning of words. Syntax of agreement and government. Verbal and nominal agreement.
**INFORMATICS (Common to all positions):** Internet and Microsoft Office Suite.
**SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE:**
**Oral examination:** anamnesis, clinical examination, complementary examinations. Head and neck anatomy. Semiology and treatment of oral soft tissue disorders and dental caries. Preventive Dentistry and Public Health. Basic health actions: promotion; prevention; rehabilitation; health barriers and behaviors; levels of health care. Law No. 8080/90 – Regulates health actions and services carried out by natural or legal persons, whether public or private. Professional Ethics. Autonomous Social Services. Knowledge inherent to the position.
