Perform administrative routine activities in a hospital environment with direct public service, integrating the Instituto Mário Penna’s hospital expertise with teachings on health services management costs. Position: 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. or 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Enhance administrative routine competencies in a hospital environment by performing practical tasks involving direct public service, aligned with the procedures and standards of the Instituto Mário Penna; apply theoretical knowledge acquired during academic studies, especially in the areas of health services management, life and career, and socioeconomic development; * Develop communication and interpersonal relationship skills, promoting humanized and efficient service to patients and companions, respecting institutional norms and policies; * Understand and execute hospital administrative processes, such as medical record organization, appointment scheduling, document control, logistical support, and other related activities; participate in hospital cost management and control activities, observing and applying principles of administration and efficiency in resource utilization; * Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team in fulfilling administrative routines, contributing to the smooth operation and quality of services provided by the hospital unit; * Adapt\-to new tasks and levels of complexity outlined in the Activity Plan, promoting continuous development of technical and professional competencies; * Comply with institutional norms and regulations, participating in evaluations and submitting periodic reports documenting progress of performed activities; * Develop organizational and planning capabilities, adjusting task execution according to the academic calendar and institutional demands; strengthen professional ethics and social responsibility, acting with commitment and respect for the norms of the host institution and the educational institution. **Requirements and Qualifications** MANDATORY TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS: * Enrollment in a related field of study from the 2nd semester onward. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. **Additional Information** **Transportation:** Transportation Allowance; **Meals:** Meal Allowance/Meal Voucher worth R$ 14.30 per workday. **Internship Stipend:** R$ 800.00 Are you seeking more than just a job?
