Job Summary: Technical responsible for nursing services at a Psychosocial Support House, planning, coordinating, and evaluating nursing care, supervising staff, and collaborating integrally to promote users' health. Integrated collaboration with the multidisciplinary team Serve as the technical authority for nursing services at the Psychosocial Support House, planning, organizing, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating nursing care provided to users, ensuring quality, safety, and legal compliance of care. Supervise and guide nursing staff and caregivers; develop and implement clinical guidelines, routines, and protocols; ensure compliance with regulations and resolutions issued by the Federal and Regional Nursing Councils; maintain up-to-date records and documentation; and collaborate integrally with the multidisciplinary team in developing and monitoring therapeutic plans, always emphasizing ethical, humanized, and holistic care addressing users’ physical and mental health.
