Job Summary:
Coordinating Occupational Physician with experience in managing leave of absence cases and the Occupational Health Program (PCMSO), serving as the Technical Responsible Officer and supporting operational activities in occupational health and clinical care demands.

**Requirements and Qualifications – Coordinating Occupational Physician.**
* Active CRM (Regional Medical Council registration) and RQE (Specialist Registration) with specialization in Occupational Medicine.
* Experience and ability to manage the entire process related to leave of absence cases, medical certificates, social security matters, and procedures with the National Institute of Social Security (INSS), ensuring compliance with deadlines and legal requirements.
* Advanced knowledge of Excel and the SOC system is desirable.
* Experience serving as a Coordinating Occupational Physician responsible for the PCMSO.
* Technical responsibility exercised before the Regional Medical Council of Minas Gerais (CRMMG) and the Sanitary Surveillance Authority.
* Contracting under the Individual Legal Entity (PJ) modality.
* Management-oriented profile, acting as coordinator and technical responsible officer, yet available to support operational absenteeism-related activities.
* Primary focus on occupational health, with additional capacity to address clinical care demands as needed.
Minimum Educational Requirement: Postgraduate Specialization/MBA
