Job Summary: Coordinate and evaluate nursing care at a psychosocial support house, ensuring comprehensive care and integration with the multidisciplinary team. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure compliance with ethical standards and humanized care principles Plan, coordinate, implement, and evaluate nursing care provided to users of the psychosocial support house, ensuring comprehensive care for physical and mental health. Conduct nursing assessments, prescribe interventions, supervise technical staff and caregivers, administer and control medications per protocols, monitor clinical conditions, and participate in developing and implementing individual therapeutic plans. Collaborate integrally with the multidisciplinary team, document information in medical records, provide guidance to users and their families, and ensure adherence to ethical, technical, safety, and humanized care standards.
