Produce savory snacks such as coxinhas, pastries, empadas, rissoles, kibbeh, and rolled snacks. Shape, fry, or bake savory snacks according to product type. Monitor product quality, quantity, and standard specifications. Sort and organize ingredients used in production. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, utensils, and equipment. Adhere to food hygiene and safety regulations. Previous experience as a Pastry Chef, Baker, Kitchen Assistant, or Food Preparer may indicate suitability for some activities associated with this position. High school diploma required.
