Separate and weigh ingredients according to standardized recipes. Shape dough and organize items for proper fermentation. Load ovens and remove baked goods at the appropriate time. Previous experience as a Bakery Helper, Pastry Assistant, Bakery Assistant, or Oven Operator may indicate suitability for some of the tasks associated with this position.
