Job Summary: Lead the operational team, manage performance indicators, monitor attendance, and support shipping and inventory processes, ensuring safety and team development. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on safety, quality, and organization ️ **Meal Allowance:** R$ 27.00/day **Shuttle service available** ### **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct daily team meetings, assigning tasks and monitoring activity execution; * Monitor operational KPIs and propose improvement actions; * Manage team attendance, overtime hours, and time-off bank; * Support shipping, receiving, warehouse, and inventory management processes; * Ensure compliance with area safety, quality, and organization standards; * Conduct training and develop the operational team; * Participate in alignment meetings with coordination and other leaders. ### **Requirements:** * **Education:** Completed High School (Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree is a plus); * **Experience:** Prior experience in operational/logistics leadership; * **Technical Knowledge:** * Material organization; * Occupational safety regulations; * Microsoft Office Suite (Intermediate Word and Excel). ### **Behavioral Competencies:** * Determination and perseverance; * Flexibility and openness to change; * Results orientation; * Leadership and strong communication skills; * Stress tolerance and resilience.
