Team Management and Professional Development Description: We are seeking a professional to lead Production Planning and Control (PCP), ensuring alignment among industrial resources, raw materials, and commercial demands. The primary focus will be to ensure productivity, on-time delivery, service levels, and operational cost optimization. Responsibilities and Duties * Plan and coordinate production scheduling activities to ensure adherence to established deadlines. * Develop and maintain the production schedule, considering productive capacity and customer demand. * Monitor production performance, identifying improvement opportunities and optimizing processes. * Manage material inventory, ensuring availability of required inputs for production. * Prepare performance reports, analyzing data and proposing corrective actions when necessary. * Collaborate with other departments—such as logistics, procurement, and sales—to align strategies and maximize operational efficiency. * Supervise the PCP team, promoting professional development and employee engagement. * Ensure compliance with company-established safety and quality standards. Requirements and Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Prior experience in production planning and control. * Proficiency in production management tools such as MRP and ERP. * Leadership and team management skills. * Analytical ability and problem-solving skills. * Advanced Excel proficiency and data analysis skills. * Knowledge of Lean and/or Six Sigma methodologies. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Willingness to work collaboratively and interact across different departments. 2511070202301854283
