Responsibilities and Duties * Plan and coordinate production scheduling activities to ensure adherence to established deadlines. * Develop and maintain the production schedule, considering productive capacity and customer demand. * Monitor production performance, identifying improvement opportunities and optimizing processes. * Manage material inventory, ensuring availability of required inputs for production. * Prepare performance reports, analyzing data and proposing corrective actions when necessary. * Collaborate with other departments—such as logistics, procurement, and sales—to align strategies and maximize operational efficiency. * Supervise the PCP team, promoting professional development and employee engagement. * Ensure compliance with company-established safety and quality standards.
