Responsibilities * Strategically plan and manage logistics, transportation, and customer service * Direct, optimize, and coordinate the entire pickup and delivery cycle * Monitor volume, delivery deadlines, transportation costs, and efficiency * Immediately resolve any issues or complaints that arise * Supervise, advise, and train the responsible team * Meet cost, productivity, accuracy, and punctuality targets * Maintain metrics and analyze data to evaluate performance and implement improvements Requirements * Proven experience in similar roles such as Logistics Manager * Demonstrable ability to lead and manage people * Proficiency in standard logistics software * Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills under pressure * Flexible working hours Submission of CV with references and salary expectations is mandatory Job Type: Full-time Experience: * Similar positions such as Logistics Manager (Mandatory)
