Support for commercial strategies and inventory control A women's fashion store is seeking a Store Manager in Lavras. **Responsibilities:** Manage the sales team by leading, training, and motivating staff to achieve targets. Conduct regular feedback sessions, performance monitoring, and internal conflict resolution. Ensure achievement of key KPIs (average transaction value, conversion rate, and overall targets). Guarantee excellence in customer service across in-store and digital channels (WhatsApp). Supervise visual merchandising, product organization, and proper product display. Carry out technical opening and closing procedures for the store and cash register. Strictly control inventory and conduct periodic stocktaking. Support the development of commercial strategies to boost sales and results. Previous experience as Store Supervisor, Retail Manager, Store Coordinator, or Operations Manager may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
