Process optimization and service quality assurance #### **About the position:** * The Replenishment Supervisor monitors and supervises the store's replenishment team activities to ensure excellent customer service, verifies store cleanliness, and checks inventory, goods receipt, replenishment, pricing, and product organization on shelves. #### **Requirements:** Completed or currently pursuing high school education; Experience in people management and leadership, as well as customer service and sales is desirable. #### **Responsibilities:** * Provide courteous customer service in accordance with the company's mandatory 5-star service standards; * Maintain good relationships with your team, colleagues from other departments, and supervisors; * Maintain personal appearance and hygiene; * Ensure proper care of all equipment, tools, and machinery both inside and outside your workplace; * Record attendance at the times specified by the company; * Comply with internal Occupational Health and Safety regulations; * Comply with procedures and regulations required by regulatory authorities; * Ensure alignment of the front-line replenishment team with business strategy and process execution, contributing to service quality and achievement of store targets; * Maintain the store’s competitive edge through high-quality service and innovation; * Guarantee service quality delivered by respective teams; lead people management in areas including attraction, retention, maintenance, development, and qualification; * Ensure team compliance with company policies, monitor discipline, hygiene, and employee procedures; * Continuously pursue continuous process improvement, track KPIs, address identified issues, and share and validate proposed initiatives with managers; * Listen to customers and employees to resolve their problems, keeping Human Resources informed; * Inform senior management of customer suggestions and complaints; * Verify pallet organization, direct them to correct aisles (recording information to be relayed to the Assistant Manager), and take action upon identifying abnormalities; * Coordinate section activities by assigning tasks among staff; * Monitor product display, pricing, coding, and PVPS to ensure merchandise is sold under optimal conditions; * Check product placement, layout, shelf height, and market trends; * Verify merchandise prices to prevent discrepancies that may inconvenience customers; * Supervise price signs and labels, checking their placement and visibility; * Monitor stockouts by reviewing reports and shelves, arranging replenishment; for new items, notify the Commercial Department; * Inform the Assistant Manager/Manager of stockouts and arrange replenishment; * Conduct nightly audits and leave findings for the Assistant Manager/Manager to review and act upon; * Supervise shelf cleanliness and organization; * Ensure the replenishment department operates with maximum quality and productivity to satisfy customers and generate profitability for the company; * Monitor expiry date lists and inform the Manager/Assistant Manager to take appropriate action when products are unlikely to sell before expiry; * Jointly with your team and the warehouse department, control damages (expired/damaged goods), consistently maintaining them below the target level. #### **Benefits:** * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Attendance bonus or food basket; * Incentive rewards for achieving targets; * Discounts with distance-learning institutions, pharmacies, and other partners; * Shopping discounts; * Transportation allowance; * On-site snacks. #### **Work schedule and hours:** * Rotating shift: 6 days on, 1 day off
