Job Summary: This internship seeks a student to assist in monitoring and analyzing operational efficiency, tracking industrial performance indicators, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Participation in process improvement initiatives. * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in **Production Engineering**, **Food Engineering**, or **related fields**; * Intermediate Excel skills; * Intermediate Office suite skills. **RESPONSIBILITIES**: * Assist in monitoring, consolidating, and updating OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) data for production lines; * Support operational efficiency analysis, aiding in the identification of improvement opportunities; * Assist in monitoring industrial performance indicators (availability, performance, and quality), contributing to the updating of controls and dashboards; * Prepare operational reports and progress presentations, including data compilation; * Support root cause analysis by organizing data and assisting in applying continuous improvement tools (PDCA, Ishikawa); * Participate in process improvement initiatives, supporting information collection, action logging, and implementation follow-up; * Assist in tracking action plans, updating status, and supporting communication among involved departments.
