




Job Summary: The People Analytics and HR Intern will support HR activities with a focus on building, maintaining, and analyzing indicators and reports, as well as providing support for HR and Personnel Administration routines. Opportunity to apply data analysis in the HR field. **Summary of Responsibilities:** The People Analytics and HR Intern will support HR department activities, focusing on building, maintaining, and analyzing management indicators and reports. The intern will contribute to organizing and processing data, supporting departmental decision-making and ensuring information reliability, while also assisting with HR and Personnel Administration routines. **Tasks to be Performed:** * Support the development, updating, and maintenance of HR dashboards and reports, primarily using Excel and Power BI; * Collect, organize, consolidate, and process databases originating from internal systems and controls; * Monitor HR metrics such as headcount, hires, terminations, absenteeism, and turnover, supporting management analysis; * Assist in standardizing and documenting indicators, calculation criteria, and data sources; * Provide support for operational HR and Personnel Administration routines; * Support the organization and consolidation of information for administrative requests from other departments, when required; * Provide basic support for system- and tool-related tasks, interfacing with the IT department. **Required Qualifications:** * Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Information Systems, Statistics, or related fields; * Intermediate proficiency in Excel; * Basic or intermediate knowledge of Power BI; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and responsibility in handling information; * Interest in data analysis applied to HR. **Additional Information:** * Internship stipend; * Benefits: transportation and meal allowances; * Work model: Hybrid; * Work location: Belo Horizonte \- MG. **About the Company:** G Mining Ventures (GMIN) is a gold mining company focused on acquiring, developing, and operating precious metals projects.
