Acts as the interface with clients and ensures safety standards **FACILITIES SUPERVISOR** **Job Description:** Responsible for supervising facilities operations, ensuring full infrastructure functionality, service quality, and compliance with safety regulations in corporate/industrial environments. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise building maintenance (electrical, plumbing, HVAC) * Manage in-house and outsourced teams (cleaning, security, maintenance) * Control contracts and monitor SLAs and performance indicators (KPIs) * Act as the interface with clients and prepare operational reports * Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations * Plan and control operational costs **Requirements:** * Prior experience in this role * Experience managing contracts and outsourced teams * Proficiency in Excel and management reporting * Knowledge of Occupational Safety is desirable **Competencies:** * Leadership and people management * Organization and strategic vision * Communication and decision-making **Work Schedule:** Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM \| Friday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM **Note:** Willingness to travel within MG state as required by operational demands.
