They work directly at the client site to ensure IT infrastructure availability. * **On-site Maintenance:** Repair and installation of computers, servers, printers, and peripherals. * + **Network Support:** Configuration and diagnosis of network infrastructure (cables, switches). + **Installation and Configuration:** Installation of operating systems, software, and system updates. + **Backup and Security:** Data backup execution, virus diagnosis, and security failure analysis. + **Customer Support:** On-site technical guidance and problem resolution under pressure.
