Then this opportunity may be perfect for you! **About the Position** As a Civil Construction Purchaser, you will be responsible for procuring the materials, equipment, and technical services required to execute our heavy civil engineering projects. Your role will be strategic, focusing on achieving optimal cost-benefit ratios, appropriate delivery schedules, and the quality standards required for construction sites. You will also actively participate in planning and supporting operational departments, directly contributing to efficiency, cost reduction, and project performance. **Responsibilities:** Conduct quotations and negotiations for civil construction materials and services; Select and develop reliable and competitive suppliers; Analyze projects and technical specifications jointly with engineering teams; Ensure materials comply with established quality standards and delivery timelines; Manage contracts and supplier relationships; Monitor performance indicators and prepare strategic reports; Support project planning and execution with a supply-chain perspective. Requirements: **For this opportunity, we seek a professional with:** Solid procurement experience in civil construction projects (materials, equipment, and services); Ability to identify solutions that optimize costs and schedules; Technical knowledge of civil construction materials and outsourced services; Strong negotiation and interpersonal relationship skills; Knowledge of reading and interpreting engineering drawings will be considered a plus; Experience in infrastructure or heavy construction projects is a plus. Ability to work effectively in teams and under pressure. Intermediate computer skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. **Education:** Completed High School.
