Job Summary: Professional responsible for maintaining cleanliness, organization, and preservation of facilities, as well as assisting with various building maintenance tasks. Key Highlights: 1. Multifunctional building maintenance (electrical, plumbing, masonry, welding) 2. Responsible for cleaning and organizing all areas 3. Participation in construction projects, renovations, and quality procedures ***Ensure cleanliness, organization, and preservation of all company premises. Assist with building maintenance tasks, including support activities in electrical, plumbing, masonry, carpentry, weeding, welding, and related tasks.*** · Conduct periodic inspections of equipment and electrical, plumbing, and structural systems to identify and correct potential issues; · Perform repairs on electrical systems (e.g., replacing light bulbs, outlets, switches, etc.) and plumbing systems (e.g., fixing leaks, replacing parts, unclogging pipes, etc.); · Carry out structural preservation and repairs such as weeding, painting, welding, grouting, and wall and floor repairs; · Assist in construction and renovation works conducted on-site, including transporting materials, cleaning, and preparing work areas; · Perform lubrication, adjustments, and part replacements as needed to ensure proper operation; · Operate basic maintenance equipment safely and efficiently, such as drills, saws, screwdrivers, etc. Maintain and clean equipment after use to ensure its longevity; · Maintain internal and external company premises, including general cleaning tasks: cleaning and disinfecting restrooms, sinks, mirrors, floors, and other surfaces in bathrooms and locker rooms; cleaning and organizing other areas (offices, cafeteria, workshop), including dusting, wiping tables, mopping floors, and collecting trash—ensuring a hygienic and pleasant environment; · Monitor and replenish cleaning and hygiene supplies as needed—including soap, paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, etc.—in designated locations; · Participate in developing and drafting quality and environmental procedures; · Perform vehicle refueling tasks when required; Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Salary: R$1\.984,82 \- R$2\.580,26 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Fuel allowance * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Food allowance * Transportation voucher Experience: * Building Plumbing ?
